22.沧州渤海新区立体车库自动升降设备制造项目
一、项目内容和规模
项目选址在沧州渤海新区装备制造园，主要生产自动升降机械、智能立体停车库的零部件及整机组装，包括垂直升降类、巷道堆垛类、升降横移类、垂直循环类、平面移动类和无避让类机械设备，年产1万台套各类型升降设备，建设期约12个月。规划面积2.7公顷，建筑占地面积1.87公顷。

22.Project of 3D Garage Automatic Lifting Equipment Manufacturing Cangzhou in Bohai New Area
I. Project Briefing and Scale
The project is located in the equipment manufacturing park of Cangzhou Bohai New Area, mainly engaged in the production of parts and complete machine assembly of automatic lifting machinery and inTel.ligent 3D garage, including vertical lifting class, roadway stacking class, lifting and horizontal moving class, vertical recycling class, plane moving class and non-avoidance mechanical equipment, with the annual output of various lifting equipment of 10,000 sets, and the construction period of 12 months. The planned area is 2.7 hectares and the building area is 1.87 hectares.

The total estimated investment of the project is USD 28.57million and USD 28.57 million of foreign investment is intended to be used.

Bohai New Area is coastal, close to the port and adjacent Beijing, Tianjin and Xiongan.The octopus-like transportation network of sea, road and rail makes it very convenient to deliver finished products. Flat land and good supporting facilities in the park can provide good conditions for the project construction. The area has well-developed iron and steel, metallurgy and machine manufacturing industry, and is also surrounded by Botou (the home of casting), Qing County (the home of metal plate) and Mengcun (the home of hardware), which will help to secure raw materials and parts nearby.
