21.河北沧州高新技术产业开发区智能工业机器人项目
一、项目内容和规模
该项目约占地4公顷，建设生产车间、研发中心、仓库及办公楼等设施。主要生产高速度高精度移动机器人、点焊机器人、激光加工机器人等产品。

拟投资4290万美元，拟引进外资1143万美元。

在智能制造产业中，工业机器人是热门领域，近年来发展快速。在中商产业研究院发布的《2018-2023年中国工业机器人产业市场前景及投资机会研究报告》，2009年以来，全球工业机器人销量逐年增长。据数据显示，2017年全球工业机器人销量达到36.33万台，与2016年的30.87万台同比增长17.7%；随着工业机器人技术的逐渐成熟，应用场景不断拓展，全球工业机器人的需求将持续增加，预计2018-2020年全球工业机器人销量将保持15%的增长速率。
四、经济效益分析
项目建成后预计可实现年均销售收入5500万美元，年均利润总额720万美元，纳税580万美元。

拟建项目位于沧州高新技术产业开发区，地处环京津、环渤海中心地带。辖区内有京沪、朔黄，京沪高铁等铁路，京沪、石黄、沧廊、津汕等多条高速纵横交错，307国道在市区南部纵贯，实现了与京津、周边省份和中西部地区的快速通达。该区域基础设施配套完善，交通、通讯等条件便捷，是建设本项目的理想地段。

21.Project of Intelligent Industrial Robot in Cangzhou High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Hebei Province
I. Project Briefing and Scale
The project plans to cover an area of about 4 hectares for building production workshops, R&D centres, warehouses and office buildings and mainly producing high-speed high-precision mobile robots, spot welding robots, laser processing robots, etc.
II. Total Investment & Expected Foreign Capital
The total estimated investment of the project is USD 42.9 million and USD 11.43 million of foreign capital is intended to be used.
III. Market Analysis
In the intelligent manufacturing industry, industrial robots represent a hot field that has been developing rapidly in recent years. According to 2018-2023 Research Report on the Market Prospect and Investment Opportunities of China's Industrial Robot Industry issued by China Business Industry Research Institute, since 2009, the global sales of industrial robots has been increasing year by year. According to the data, the global sales volume of industrial robots was 363,300 in 2017 and 308,700 in 2016, which represents a year-on-year growth of 17.7%. With the gradual maturity of the industrial robot technology and the continuous expansion of the application scenarios, the global demand for industrial robots will increase continuously. The global sales volume of industrial robots is expected to maintain a growth rate of 15% in 2018-2020.

After completion, the project is expected to achieve the annual average sales revenue of USD 55 million, with a total annual profit of USD 7.2 million and a tax payment of USD 5.8 million.
V. Opportunities & Favourable Conditions
The proposed project is located in Cangzhou High-tech Industrial Development Zone, which is located in the centre of Circum-Beijing-Tianjin Regions and Circum-Bohai-Sea Regions. In the jurisdiction, there are several railways, such as Beijing-Shanghai Railway, Shuozhou-Huanghua Railway, Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway, and several crisscrossing expressways, such as Beijing-Shanghai Expressway, Shijiazhuang-Huanghua Expressway, Cangzhou-Langfang Expressway and Tianjin-Shanwei Expressway, with the No. 307 National Highway passing through the south of the urban district, which provides the fast access to Beijing, Tianjin, surrounding provinces and central and western regions. The zone is the perfect location for the project, with complete supporting infrastructure, convenient transportation and communication conditions.
