98.秦皇岛青龙新建板栗生产及板栗酒深加工项目
一、项目内容和规模
该项目依托青龙丰富的甘栗资源，计划建设改良有机板栗基地800公顷，其中需要嫁接改造200公顷，进行规范管理。同时对桃林口库区原有13.3公顷老劣品种进行嫁接改造；建筑面积20000平方米，建设板栗储存库、保鲜专用库、厂房、锅炉房和办公用房等；室外工程6400平方米；购置先进的板栗酒生产设备和其他附属设备共259台套。年生产优质板栗原酒1500吨。

预计总投资1070万美元，全部利用外资。
三、市场分析
板栗酒不仅具有一般白酒的品质和功能,同时还有丰富的营养及药用保健功能。我县板栗种植面积91.8万亩，年产板栗成果近2.5万吨以上，加之迁西、遵化等周边地区也是板栗丰产区，为该项目的不断壮大提供了有力保障。该项目选用素有东方珍珠“干果之王”之称，被誉为世界食用板栗之冠的燕山板栗为原料,秉承百年传统制作方式，引进国内外先进的加工工艺。
四、建设条件
项目选址在肖营子镇，水、电、道路、通讯等基础设施完善，政府提供用地保障，采取招拍挂的方式供地。
五、经济效益分析
项目建设达产后，年实现销售收入1486万美元，可实现利润180万美元，投资回收期为6年。

98.Project of Chestnut Production and Chestnut Wine Deep Processing in Qinglong County, Qinhuangdao
I. Project Briefing and Scale
Relying on Qinglong's rich chestnut resources, the project plans to build a base of 800 hectares of improved organic chestnut, of which 200 hectares need to be grafted and transformed for standardized management. At the same time, the original inferior varieties of 13.3 hectare in Taolinkou reservoir area will be grafted and transformed; with a building area of 20000 square meters, it will build chestnut storage, special storage for fresh keeping, workshop, boiler room, office room, etc; the outdoor project will cover 6400 square meters; 259 sets of advanced chestnut wine production equipment and other auxiliary equipment will be purchased. Annual production of high-quality chestnut wine will reach 1500 tons.

The total estimated investment of the project is USD 10.7 million, and all investment is expected to be the foreign capital.
III. Market Analysis
Chestnut wine not only has the quality and function of general liquor, but also has rich nutrition and medical health care function. The planting area of chestnut in our county is 918000 mu (approximately 61200 hectares), and the annual output of chestnut is nearly 25000 tons. In addition, Qianxi, Zunhua and other surrounding areas are also high-yield areas of chestnut, which provides a strong guarantee for the continuous development of the project. The project’s raw material selects Yanshan Chestnut, known as the world's top edible chestnut, which called the “king of dried fruits” and the “eastern pearl”, inheriting the traditional production method of one hundred years, introducing advanced processing technology at home and abroad, applying secret formula and strict health management, which will become people’s new favourite of high-end drinks.
IV. Opportunities & Favourable Conditions
The project is located in Xiaoyingzi Town, with complete water, electricity, road, communication and other infrastructure. The government provides land guarantee that adopts the bidding, auction and listing system.
V. Evaluation of Economic Benefit
After the completion of the project, the annual sales revenue will be USD 14.86 million, the profit will be USD 1.8 million, and the investment payback period will be 6 years.
