一、项目内容和规模
项目总占地66.7公顷，主要吸引从事智能家居、智能家具、智能硬件、智能电器、人工智能行业的企业入驻。拟规划建设智能体验中心、智能培育中心、智能双创中心、智能研发中心、智能实验中心、智能能源管理中心、智能数据中心、智能生活中心、智能制造中心、智能储运中心等十大公共功能板块。目前,园区已建成开放式办公区1000平方米,可提供超过300个开放式办公工位,20个独立办公室及会议室,可满足日常办公需要。

物联网产业预计总市场规模8.8万亿美元，智能家居行业预计2020年将达到0.15万亿美元，属于二十一世纪的朝阳产业。智能家居与物联网是智慧城市战略的重要承接平台，具有广阔的市场空间和产业发展潜力。根据国外研究机构的预测，智能家居至2010年全球家庭联网设备销量将突破18亿台，渗透率达到33%。

项目建成后可实现销售收入67647万美元，利润14118万美元。

I. Project Briefing and Scale
The project plans to cover an area of 66.7 hectares. Totally and mainly attracts the enterprises engaged in smart home, intelligent furniture, intelligent hardware, intelligent electric apparatus and artificial intelligence industries to settle. It is planned to build ten public function blocks, including intelligent experience centre, intelligent cultivation centre, intelligent entrepreneurship and innovation centre, intelligent research and development centre, intelligent experiment centre, intelligent energy management centre, intelligent data centre, intelligent living centre, intelligent manufacturing centre, and intelligent storage and transportation centre. So far, an open office with an area of 1,000 m². has been completed in the park, which can provide more than 300 open office stations and 20 private offices and meeting rooms, meeting the daily office needs.

The total estimated investment of the project is USD 441.176 million and USD 132.35 million of foreign investment is intended to be used.

The total market size of the IoT industry is expected to reach USD 8.8 trillion, and that of smart home industry is expected to reach USD 0.15 trillion in 2020, and the smart home industry is a sunrise industry in the 21st century. Smart home and IoT are important receiving platforms of the smart city strategy and have broad market space and industrial development potential. As predicted by a foreign research institution, the global sales volume of smart home networking equipment will exceed 1.8 billion units by 2020, and the penetration rate will reach 33%.

Andson Smart Home Industrial Park is located in Anping High-tech Development Zone, Hebei Province.
