一、建设内容和规模
中日循环经济产业示范园项目重点发展智能住宅建筑材料生产制造及生态农业，同时配建智能化住宅商业中心。一期建设五个功能区：华北绿色智能住宅集成产业基地与高端工业旅游教育基地、智能建筑绿地公园及装配式建筑技能培训中心、生态农业技术观光走廊与示范区、资源再生利用与循环产业基地、具有地方特色的民俗酒店及会展中心。二期建设高端人才生活服务区和民俗文化商业区。三期建设引智项目、孵化中心、配套文化、教育、医疗中心。
二、投资估算及资金来源
项目总投资143145.48万美元，其中企业自筹57258.19万美元，拟利用外资额85887.29万美元。

中日循环经济产业示范园位于保定市清苑区田各庄屯村保衡路两侧区域，距离雄安新区直线距离仅40千米，园区以智能住宅建筑材料生产制造，加工和生态农业为主导产业，同时配置智能化住宅商业中心，力求打造国际领先的技术创新体系，建设辐射华北地区的智能化装配式建筑材料物流基地。通过项目实施，既能为雄安新区建设提供高科技的环保建筑材料，又能推动河北建筑节能、生态农业、节能环保产业发展。

I. Project Briefing and Scale
The Sino-Japanese Circular Economy Industrial Demonstration Park Project focuses on the production and manufacturing of intelligent residential building material and ecological agriculture as well as construction of intelligent residential business centre. Five functional zones are to be built in the first phase: North China Green Intelligent Residential Integration Industrial Base and High-end Industrial Tourism Education Base, Intelligent Building Green Park and Prefabricated Building Skill Training Centre, Ecological Agricultural Technology Sightseeing Corridor and Demonstration Zone, Resource Recycling and Cycle Industry Base as well as Folk Hotel. And Exhibition Centre with Local Features. A high-end talent living service area and a folk culture commercial area are to be built in the second phase. The talent solicitation project, incubation centre as well as supporting cultural, educational and medical centres are to be built in the third phase.

The total investment of the project is USD 1,431,454,800: USD 572,581,900 is expected to be self-raised by the enterprise and USD 858,872,900 foreign investment is intended to be used. III. Market Analysis
The Sino-Japanese Circular Economy Industrial Demonstration Park is located on both sides of Baoheng Road, Tun Village, Dongtiangezhuang, Qingyuan District, Baoding City and is only 40 km away from Xiongan New Area. The park has the leading industries of production, manufacturing and processing of intelligent residential building materials and ecological agriculture and is equipped with an inTel.ligent residential business centre for creating an internationally leading technological innovation system and build an intelligent fabricated building material logistics base to serve North China. The implementation of the project can not only provide high-tech environmental protection building materials for the construction of Xiongan New Area, but also promote the development of architecture energy conservation, ecological agriculture, and energy-saving and environmentally friendly industries in Hebei.
IV. Evaluation of Economic Benefit
After the completion of the project, the operating revenue is expected to be USD 511,920,000, and annual profits and taxes are expected to be USD 120.7 million.
