90.保定国家级高新技术产业开发区中关村智能制造产业园项目
一、项目内容和规模
项目位于保定市高新区北部创新型科技区域5平方公里的保定·中关村创新产业园内。项目拟占地500亩，建筑面积10万平方米。项目与“中国制造2025”和德国“工业4.0”战略对接，重点推动新一代信息技术与工程机械及汽车及零部件等产业深度融合，建设智能制造型产业园区。项目建设期3年，吸纳就业人口1000人。
二、投资估算及资金来源
项目预计总投资30000万美元，其中企业自筹20000万美元，拟利用外资10000万美元。
三、市场分析
园区重点发展工业机器人、精密仪器仪表、高端装备制造、电子信息技术、互联网、物联网、工业软件、大数据等新兴产业，通过引入国际技术领先型企业，努力打造富有国际竞争力的
新兴产业经济板块。
四、经济效益分析
项目建成运营后，预计年产值99544.93万美元，年利润19902万美元。

90.Project of Zhongguancun Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park in Baoding National-level High-tech Industrial Development Zone
I. Project Briefing and Scale
The project is located in Baoding • Zhongguancun Innovation Industrial Park of 5 km². in the innovative technology area in the north of Baoding High-tech Zone. The project is intended to occupy an area of 500 mu (approximately 33.33 hectares), with a building area of 100,000 m². The project is aligned with “Made in China 2025” and Germany “Industry 4.0” strategy to mainly promote the in-depth integration of the new generation information technology with the engineering machinery, automobile and spare part industries, etc. and build an intelligent manufacturing industrial park. The project construction period is 3 years, and it will create 1,000 jobs.
II. Total Investment & Expected Foreign Capital
The total investment of the project is estimated to be USD 300 million, including USD 200 million to be self-raised by the enterprise and USD 100 million of foreign investment is intended to be used.
III. Market Analysis
The park focuses on the development of emerging industries, such as industrial robots, precise instruments and meters, high-end equipment manufacturing, electronic information technology, Internet, Internet of Things, industrial software as well as big data. By attracting internationally technology-leading enterprises, the park operator strives to create an economic highland of emerging industries with international competitiveness.
IV. Evaluation of Economic Benefit
After the project is completed and put into operation, the annual output value is estimated to be USD 995.4493 million and the annual profit will be USD 19902 million.

The park has reached the standard of “nine connections and one levelling”, so it satisfies the needs of land use for the project.
VI. Introduction to the Chinese Partner
Baoding High-tech Zone is a national high-tech industrial development zone approved by the State Council in 1992, with an area of 60 km² and a total population of 100,000. In the park, there are currently 415 high-tech enterprises, 984 middle and small-sized science and technology enterprises, and 16 enterprises with Global 500 investors.
