项目选址在沧州渤海新区轻工产业园，建设普通仓库及冷库两栋、研发中心、配送基地以及其他附属设施。本项目以食品冷链为核心，集食品展示、仓储贸易、冷链物流、商务网贸为一体，将建成京津冀最具规模性的食品商贸物流综合体。经营范围涵盖生鲜冷冻食品、特色冷饮、副食品、名优特产、粮油茶叶、厨具餐具等数十个大类。本项目依托港口海运优势和陆路便捷交通网，将优先服务京津雄等超大城市，同时辐射河北、内蒙古、山西、河南等地，将当地特色产品通过黄骅港运输出去，也将世界各地的生鲜产品加工送达周边地区。

84.Project of Sensor R&D and Production Base in Cangzhou Bohai New Area
I. Project Briefing and Scale
The project is located in Cangzhou Bohai New Area Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park. It mainly engages in the construction of sensor R&D, production line and auxiliary equipment for researching, developing and producing sensors applied to various industries, fields and equipment. It has the planned area of 3.3 hectares, covering an area of 2.7 hectares or resorts to workshop leasing.

The total estimated investment of the project is USD 22 million and USD 22 million of foreign capital is intended to be used.
III. Market Analysis
The sensor technology has been widely applied in fields, such as industrial production, space exploration, ocean exploration, environmental protection, resource investigation, medical diagnosis, biological engineering, and even preservation of cultural relics. The Chinese sensor industry is at the critical stage of developing from traditional sensors to new sensors, which represents the general trend of the development of new sensors to miniaturization, multi- functionalization, digitization, intelligentization, systematization and networking. The implementation of the 13th Five-Year Plan has driven the rapid development of all walks of life. The requirement on the quality of sensors in many industries has been upgraded to a higher level, with the performance, precision and price having a direct impact on the overall product (equipment) level. The market prospect of advanced new sensor technologies and products which can be independently researched and developed is enormous.
