项目拟占地13.3公顷，主要包含：会议会展中心、室外广场、五星级酒店以及商务、餐饮、停车等配套设施。

会展行业被称为21世纪的朝阳产业，同时，会展行业的发展能够带动交通、旅游、餐饮、住宿、通信、邮政商业、物流等行业的发展，会展业是我国今后10年最具发展潜力的10大行业之一。预计未来5到10年内，中国会展业年均增长率将依然保持在15%至20%左右。

The conference and exhibition industry is called the sunrise industry in the 21st century. At the same time, the development of the industry can drive the development of transportation, tourism, catering, accommodation, communications, postal commerce, logistics and other industries.
