40.沧州渤海新区船舶配件生产维修基地项目
一、项目内容和规模
项目选址在沧州渤海新区装备制造园，计划建设船舶配件生产线、辅助设备、检测实验仪器设备及配套设施，配备符合船舶配件生产工艺要求的数控加工中心和加工机床；建成后具有生产各类船舶配件等10大系列产品的能力。建设期18个月，规划面积13.3公顷，建筑占地面积：9.3公顷。

总投资8571万美元，拟利用外资8571万美元。
三、市场分析
随着黄骅港的建设和发展，到港船舶不断增加，船舶修理所需配件也在增加，建设黄骅港船舶配件加工基地工程为附近修船厂提供配件，满足修船厂对船舶配件的需求，促进腹地经济发展，提升港口的综合运力及配套功能，发展临港产业，解决到港中小型船舶修理配件缺少的问题。黄骅港作为承接雄安新区产业转移基地与出海口，未来船舶需求量将大大增加；同时当前中国的船舶配件制造业正在从泡沫和臃肿的船舶市场向精细化和专业化转变，我区将抓住国家战略发展与该产业优化升级契机，大力发展该产业。

40.Project of Shipping Accessories Production and Maintenance Base in Cangzhou Bohai New Area
I. Project Briefing and Scale
The project is located in the equipment manufacturing park of Cangzhou Bohai New Area. It is planned to build a shipping accessories production line, auxiliary equipment, testing and experimental equipment and supporting facilities, and is equipped with a CNC machining centre and machining tools that meet the production process requirements of shipping accessories. After completion, it will have the capacity to produce 10 series of products, such as various shipping accessories. The construction period is 18 months. The planned area is 13.3 hectares and the building area is 9.3 hectares.

With the construction and development of Huanghua Port, continuously increasing ships in the port, and increasing accessories for ship repair, the construction of Huanghua Port shipping accessories processing base engineering provides accessories for nearby ship repair yards, so as to meet the demands of shipping accessories of ship repair yards, promote interior economic development, enhance the comprehensive transport capacity and supporting functions of ports, develop port-centreed industry and tackle the lack of repair accessories for small and medium sized ships in the port. As the base and export port for undertaking the industry transfer of Xiongan New Area, the ship demand of Huanghua Port will increase significantly in future; At the same time, Chinese shipping accessories manufacturing industry is changing from a foaming and bloated ship market to refinement and specialization. The area operator will seize the opportunities of national strategic development and optimization and upgrading of the industry to develop it vigorously.
