项目分3期建设。一期投资约1090万美元，建筑面积3000平方米，主要用于设备的组装（包括生产线和附属设施），建成后，可年组装生活和医用垃圾处理设备100台套，带动就业人数为500人，实现年产值5688万美元，利税568万美元，建成后，可年产生活和医用垃圾处理设备700台套，带动就业人数为420人，实现年产值4.2亿美元，利税3800万美元。

30.Project of Waste Treatment Equipment Manufacturing, Tianjin Yan’ao New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and SOLMED Alliance
I. Project Briefing and Scale
The total investment of the project is USD 550 million. The project plans to cover an area of 400 mu (approximately 26.6 hectares) and mainly builds the domestic and medical waste treatment equipment.

VI. Introduction to the Chinese Partner
Established in June 2010, Tianjin Yan’ao New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. covers an area of 10 mu (approximately 0.66 hectare) and has the annual output value of RMB 20 million. The company devotes to production, manufacturing and R&D of heat exchange equipment and mainly produces all models of heat exchangers. There are 130 staffs now composed of some key staff and social elites of the original Tianjin Plate Heat Exchanger Factory.
V. Evaluation of Economic Benefit
The project is constructed in 3 stages. The investment at the first stage is about USD 10.9 million, which is mainly used for equipment assembly (including production lines and ancillary facilities), with a building area of 3,000 m². After completion, 100 units (sets) of domestic and medical waste treatment equipment can be assembled annually, creating jobs for 500 people, with annual output value of USD 56.88 million and the profits and taxes of USD 5.68 million. After completion, 700 units (sets) of domestic and medical waste treatment equipment can be produced annually, creating jobs for 420 people, with annual output value of USD 420 million and profits and taxes of USD 38 million.

The technology has taken root in Europe, Africa and South America and has been used in more than 20 countries around the world. The project is located at Xingtai Economic Development Zone, and the park has complete construction conditions and can meet the production needs.
