普利寺塔系全国文物保护重点单位，始建于北宋皇佑三年，是世上唯一实心密檐式仿木砖结构斜塔，被专家誉为“中国的比萨斜塔”！宋徽宗曾两次驻跸于此，并御题“普利寺”。宰相蔡京为寺内“爽亭”题名。
